1. Account Creation and Parental Supervision

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to directly register or create independent learner accounts and must register and use accounts linked to a parent or guardian's account.
Parents or guardians must explicitly agree to this policy and related Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when creating learner accounts for their children, ensuring proper supervision of their child's usage.
Learners aged 13 and above may be invited by parents/guardians to link accounts or may independently create their own accounts. Independent learners must agree to this policy and related terms themselves.

During parent account registration, parents or guardians provide necessary information about authorized learners, such as names. We do not knowingly collect children's birthdates or other sensitive personal information.
We collect learner activity data and responses during use to provide feedback, generate reports, and improve service quality.
We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, device information, and browsing behavior to optimize user experience and ensure security.

We do not use or share personal information of children under 13 for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties without parental consent or unless legally required.

If schools use Scholardog services for children under 13, the school is responsible for collecting and managing such student information.
Parents seeking access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's school account information should contact the school, which will handle requests in accordance with applicable laws.

Parents can access and review their children's profiles and learning data via their parent accounts.
Parents have the right to terminate their child's access to the service at any time to stop further data collection.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for service provision and will delete or anonymize such information within two years after service termination.
Information for independent learner accounts without linked parent accounts will be deleted within two years after subscription termination.
