This policy applies to the purchase of Scholardog digital membership services within the United States. As we provide digital content and subscription services, this policy does not cover physical goods or shipping-related returns.

2. Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will generally not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Inability to access or use the membership services, and we fail to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
Incorrect or duplicate charges;
Other exceptional cases that meet reasonable refund criteria.
Refund requests due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or unused service) are typically not eligible.

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Actual time to reflect on your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Paid fees are non-refundable.
